By filling in this form this team commits itself to enter the OEPS races. It is possible to subscribe for 1, 2 or all 3 rounds of the 2010 series. However teams entering all 3 races will have priority over those only subscribing to 1 or 2 races. Therefore each team needs to subscribe for ALL 3 races to secure a firm entry!

For each race we ask this team to transfer €50,00 to the OEPS PayPal account registration@oeps-info.com  before October 31^st.

This means €150,00 to secure your teams entry,  or €50,00 for one race, €100,00 for two races.

Once this deposit has been transferred and received by the OEPS team, the pre-reserved spot and car on the grid will be confirmed. This form is also a commitment to pay additional drivers fee (€ 15 per racer) upon arrival at the specific race.

Once the deposit has been received by the OEPS team, a refund upon withdrawal later than 4 weeks before the first OEPS race is not possible.
