OEPS Dison 6 & 7 February 2010
The opening race of the 2010 OEPS season will go at the 1/24 Techniplast Raceway of Slotracing24 Club of Dison, Belgium.

How to get to the venue:
By air: If you travel by plane the Düsseldorf Airport is around 100 KM away from the city center of Dison. The next nearest airport is Köln Airport which is situated around 85 KM from the city center.
By car: Dison is on the E??

Friday:
18:00 – 24:00 Free practice
Saturday:
08:00 Doors open at venue
08:00 – 10:00 Team registration with hand out of tires and motors.
08:00 – 10.30 Free practice
10:30 – 11:00 Track closed. A member of a team will be asked to keep the qualifying lane ‘ warm’ by driving on it with a spare car. This teammember is not allowed to do the qualifying.
10:30 – 10:35 Mounting tires group 1 (cars go Parc Ferme)
10:40 – 10:45 Mounting tires group 2 (cars go Parc Ferme)
10:50 – 10:55 Mounting tires group 3 (cars go Parc Ferme)
11:00 – 11:45 Qualifying
11:45 – 12:00 Concourse
12:15 TC starts with the 6 slowest qualified cars.
13:00 Race starts.
Day 1
13:00 - 15:28 group 1 (14 minutes per lane driving time. That leaves 20 minutes for 8 lane changes and trackcalls for one group.

Technical inspection procedure
To prevent a huge stack up and stress, we are totally revising the TC procedure.
Qualifying starts without any TC having been done, each team have however filled in and supplied the OEPS Scrutineers form when registering and receiving the handout.
Directly after the qualifying run the car goes into parc fermé and TC. Should the car fail TC, the team gets a time penalty, and can’t rectify the problem until the race has started and the penalty has been sat through.
The 6 slowest cars will be TC-ed first, so as to start the race as quick as possible.
The penalty for not complying with the Tech Sheet is a time-penalty of
1 minute.
DIRECTLY at the start of the race in which the faulty car starts, the team have to sit out their 1 minute, being stationary at the start, and only after that one minute, the team can start correcting their car according to the TC's wishes. And only then, the teams are allowed to start the race.
Penalties.:
Not passing initial TC = 1 minute stop & go
Not passing post race TC = -all laps of best stint
